Be Aware, Not Afraid.
Fear is something no one wants to be controlled by, yet we nurture it, as we allow it to live within. The longer we allow fear within our mind, the stronger it becomes.
There are many kinds of fears and reasons why we walk through life with fear. Instinctive fear has often kept us alive over the course of our existence. However, fear for the uncontrollable, has created conditionings within humanity that are not beneficial in any way or form.
What we believe, we perceive.
We allow the fear within us to be in control and grow, while it blurs our objectivity and stagnates our options. Fear does not solve, nor enables you to recognize solutions. When we fear pain, we acknowledge and feed the fear and pain. As the fear grows stronger within, it weakens our will, our abilities, and perseverance. That is why, it is important to face your fear, and deal with it as soon as it comes within your awareness. Look at it as wind that creates a wave. The wave starts of small, and becomes larger and larger, the longer the wind plays with it. When we block the wind at the beginning, we do not allow the wave – fear – to grow and be out of control.
When fear is not in control of our actions, we are rising above the occasions of disturbing thoughts of inadequacy, hatred, abandonment, and restlessness. Staying in balance, once we experience the accomplishments; will help us stay objective and able to recognize endless opportunities. Within that state of balanced awareness, we understand what is truly important, and can let go of what has been outgrown.
When we act in the moment, to the best of our abilities, we create momentarily living. Momentarily living allows us to experience a greater depth of awareness. Worries and doubt will be out of the window, when we focus on finding solutions to create greater moments.
