On the road to Self-Acceptance, many seek validation, approval, and acknowledgement of their performances from the people that surround them. We live in a world, where we often like to measure and compare our looks, actions, abilities, possessions and so on, with others, as we walk the road towards self-acceptance.
We often like to put situations, options, people and things in a box, so we can think we understand it better, control it, feel safe, or feel better about ourselves.
If we would be comfortable with our abilities, looks, and feelings, we would be self-assured and have no need to look for approval outside of ourselves. We would have accepted ourselves.
We know all this, so what is withholding us?
Over time we have embraced truths about people, places and things, that formed our believes. Truths that may, or may not be still fitting our current knowing. These outgrown conditionings, often are ignored, or overlooked, as we have allowed it to become a pattern in our lives, that feels natural and safe.
Breaking through patterns, that we have embraced for as long as we can remember, requires your full commitment.
Are you truthful enough, to allow yourself to be truthful? So you can allow yourself to recognize these patterns.
What type of person or situation keeps coming on your path, that causes disruption, unhappiness and pain?
Key is to learn to let go, and to move on, towards a more loving energy. Allow yourself the time and space to observe your situation, out of love for yourself.
Unconditional love, and heart controlled actions, helps us see the world with different eyes, as our actions are no longer controlled by our ego. Actions are merely guided by ego, which helps fuel our drive, yet maintains the much-needed loving balance.
The road to self-acceptance, leads to inner-freedom and true happiness.
